Before and after the pull-up

Protect the clean.
Skip the guesswork.

Prepare the vehicle, know what to expect, and keep the finish looking right after we leave.

Book a reset

Aftercare

The next few moves matter.

Right after

Check the finish.

Walk around the vehicle before we leave and flag any area you want explained or rechecked.

While fabric dries

Let the cabin breathe.

Dry time changes with Houston humidity. Follow the technician's ventilation guidance and keep damp mats out until ready.

Between washes

Handle spots early.

Bird droppings, bugs, sap, and spills become harder to remove when they sit. Blot or rinse safely instead of scrubbing dry.

Before buildup returns

Stay on a rhythm.

A maintenance visit is easier on the vehicle and usually simpler than waiting for another full comeback.

Common questions

Know before we pull up.

What are your operating hours?

Open every day, 7 AM–9 PM Houston time (Central). Service is by appointment only. Text your preferred day and time to 832.366.3180. Outer Lane confirms availability, location, and service duration before you pay the $25 deposit.

Where can Outer Lane work?

The vehicle needs a legal, reasonably flat, safe parking area with enough room to move around it. Send the address before the appointment so access can be confirmed.

Do I need to provide water or power?

Your confirmation text will state what access is needed for the selected service and location. Mention any parking or utility restrictions before paying the deposit.

What happens if it rains?

Weather can affect exterior work, drying, and final inspection. If conditions prevent a quality result, Outer Lane will coordinate a safer time.

Should I remove my belongings?

Yes. Clear seats, floors, cupholders, door pockets, and the cargo area before an interior appointment. Secure valuables and child-seat accessories.

Can every stain or scratch be removed?

No. Material condition, previous damage, dye loss, deep scratches, and contamination set safe limits. Outer Lane will not chase a result with methods that risk damage.

How does the $25 deposit work?

The deposit holds the confirmed appointment time. It is credited toward your service total after your appointment time is confirmed.

How long will the detail take?

Timing depends on vehicle size, condition, package, weather, and add-ons. A better estimate is provided after the vehicle and service are confirmed.
