When you request or receive a service, we may collect your name, phone number, vehicle details, selected package and add-ons, appointment information, service location shared during scheduling, consent selections and terms version, service-condition photos, and messages you send us. If you submit a review, we collect the name, rating, and review text you provide.
Our hosting and security providers may automatically process limited technical information, such as an IP address, browser type, request time, and security logs, to operate and protect the site.
How we use it
- Respond to requests and confirm appointments.

- Manage deposits, first-visit offer eligibility, and business records.
- Document vehicle condition and service quality.
- Use vehicle images for marketing only when you separately opt in.
- Review and, with your permission, publish customer feedback.

Texts and calls
When you check the consent box and submit a booking request, you authorize Outer Lane to call or text the number you provided about that request, scheduling, and service updates. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to stop texts. Consent is not a condition of an unrelated purchase.
Payments and sharing
Reservation deposits are processed by Square under Square’s own privacy terms. Outer Lane does not receive or store your full payment-card number through this website.
We may share only the information needed with providers that help us host the website, process payments, communicate with customers, manage bookings in our private Atlas Relay customer-management system, or secure the service. We may also disclose information when legally required or to protect customers, the business, or the public. We do not sell personal information and do not use third-party advertising trackers on this site.
Cookies and browser storage
No third-party advertising or optional analytics tracker is installed on this site. Owner authentication uses a session cookie. Hosting and payment services may use necessary security or transaction technologies under their own policies.
Vehicle photos
Condition-documentation photos may be retained for service records, quality control, customer communication, insurance or damage-claim support, and dispute resolution. Marketing use requires the separate optional authorization shown during booking. Declining marketing permission does not affect service. Public images exclude or obscure plates, faces, addresses, and similar identifying details unless separately approved.
Retention and protection
We keep personal information only as long as reasonably needed for scheduling, service, accounting, dispute resolution, security, and legal obligations. We use reasonable administrative and technical safeguards, but no internet service can guarantee absolute security.
Your choices
You may ask what information we have about you or request correction or deletion by calling or texting 832.366.3180. We may need to verify the request and may retain information when required for legitimate business or legal purposes.
Children and updates
This service is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect their personal information. We may update this policy as the business or law changes. The effective date above identifies the latest version.
